Exodus 4:2-4 - The Lord said to him, “What is that in your hand?” And he said “A staff.” Then He said, “Throw it on the ground.” So he threw it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from it. But the Lord said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand and grasp it by its tail”-so he stretched out his hand and caught it, and it became a staff in his hand.
As we lay our dreams down before the Lord, He sanctifies them and gives them back with divine purpose. He took the staff of Moses from being a shepherd’s crook, and made it into a divine tool for releasing signs and wonders before Pharaoh. God’s desire is that His dreams would become our dreams. As we let go of our natural thought pattern, He will begin to release a supernatural mindset that reveals the divine calling He has on our lives. The first step is doing as Moses did by laying down his staff, we have to lay down all of our abilities and dreams before the One who has the power to redeem them for His glory. When our dreams merge with His, Heaven begins to collide with the earth and our world becomes wrapped up in His.
I am beginning to get sooo stirred in my spirit about being a part of this movement where God is going to be pouring out His Spirit all across the earth in radical ways. During my time in London on our upcoming outreach, we will be partnering with a school called the Circuit Riders. The mission of the Circuit Riders, as well as Fire and Fragrance, is to release wide-eyed revivalists who would carry the message of the simple Gospel to the nations of the earth as they did in John Wesley's days (Methodist Revival). God is showing us what is looks like to lay down our past hopes and dreams, so that He can sanctify them in order to advance the kingdom of God and bring revival to every nation of the earth. I will be posting some videos and website links that will allow you to get a visual for what this mandate from the Lord looks like. Please continue to keep myself and the rest of the F&F family lifted up during this time of preparation.God Bless.
